Bluecadet specializes in creating digital experiences for institutional and organizations that value physical spaces. Working closely with their Business Development team, ADVSCOPY contributed essential writing for RFP & RFQ responses to win work with companies including Nike, Google, and Gore (pictured above), as well as prominent academic institutions like Princeton, Harvard College, and the Milton Hershey School.
Most critically, we helped Bluecadet move away from canned or boilerplate responses. Through comprehensive research, proven copywriting frameworks, and clear, accessible language, we tailored proposals to align with a prospective client's goals and resonate with their values.
For us, this process begins with the cover letter. Despite being only one page, the cover letter is critical to the proposal as it sets the tone, connects with the client, and outlines everything the following pages will prove.
Of course, there are many factors that determine whether or not a design firm is shortlisted for a project or award. Ultimately, projects are won and lost on the quality of past work and evidence of the firm's expertise. But being able to clearly communicate those ideas is critical — and one of the reasons Bluecadet continues to invite ADVSCOPY to collaborate on their most important proposals.
